This is a nice story. I like how you began it with the sound of plastic crinkling, annoying an already tired Rossi. His thoughts of Reid being part insomniac and part freak of nature was funny.

Nice job with making Rossi supportive of Reid's decision to eat the gummy bears upon learning why he ate them. The conversation about how Reid can turn to Rossi whenever he needed someone to talk to and how he's never alone is sweet. The team is like a family, so it's nice that you included that scene in here.

The last part where Reid said the talk made him feel much better is another nice moment. It must have been difficult to for Reid to trust Rossi with the truth of his addiction. There were probably many risks, such as Rossi judging him, or if the news spread he could lose his job. It showed strength on Reid's part that he can openly admit his problem. Also good work with showing the caring side of Rossi.
