As for improvement, try making the other chapters a bit longer, if you can.

And focus a bit more on how Dylan talks- the slang and everything.

You've pretty much captured Dylan's POV, but I personally think you should try and show Dylan's personality in your writing more. Like, whatever happened to her cocky talk and catchphrases, or even using "freakin'" in a sentence?
