Helps on the characters:
Tohru (Tooru): Polite, always worried about being a burden. Helpful, but not good at school.

Kyou: Anti-social, bad-tempered, obsessed with beating Yuki. A tendancy to do dumb things, and to pick fights he knows he can't win, also curses a lot.

Yuki: Quiet, sweet, but can be mean if need be.

Shigure: Loud, perverted(he's only teasting, though!), never serious (99.9% of the time), and jokes a lot. Rarely gets angry, but when he does, he simply says something clever that hits his opponents sore spot.

Hatori: Quiet, rarely gets angry, but he does get annoyed somethings. Serious, never talks about his love-life (*cough*Kana*cough).

Akito: Psycotic, loud, and often angry and/or annoyed. Spends more time being sick and complanative that anything, if not denouncing the juunishi's chances at love. Claims that women steal the juunishi away from him, and therefore hates them. *Major Spoiler* Akito is actually a woman. Its a long story, but his mother would refuse to have him if his father didn't agree. Only Kureno(the rooster), Shigure, Ayame, and Hatori know.

Ayame: See Shigure. He can be serious, but rarely. One of the mabudachi trio, along with Shigure and Hatori. Extremely close to both of them. Also Yuki's older brother. Yuki fights with him almost as much as Kyou fights with Yuki. The snake.

Kureno: A quiet, loyal man. Extremely close to Akito, possibly to the point of a relationship. *Spoiler* He was released from the curse, and also told Tooru about Akito's secret. Akito was extremely distraught when he was released from the curse, and later stabbed him in chapter 118 for other reasons. His condition is unknown. The rooster, until...

Ritsu: Constantly apologizes, for the littlest things, and even for things that aren't his fault.Extremely nervous. Crossdressing calms him a bit, but I would hate to see him dressed as a man if it makes him anymore paranoid... He has a spot on his side, which Shigure often uses, that causes him to faint temporarily. The monkey.

Hiro: Sarcastic middleschooler. Loud and mean, likes the TV show Mogeta. Loves Kisa, but Akito kind of hit that in the face. Literally. The sheep/ram.

Kisa: A quiet middle schooler. She doesn't talk, due to an emotional problem. The tiger.

Mogeta: A cartoon thing similar to Pokemon.

Hatsuharu (Haru for short): He is the ox (COW! XD) of the zodiac. He is quiet, but when he goes black (someone angers him; its almost like a split personality), its not pretty. Black Haru acts like Kyou.

Rin: The horse. A proud woman, loves Shigure. I don't know much else about her; Wikipedia says little about her as well. We do know Akito pushed her out a window because she was seeing Haru, but she lived.

Kagura: The boar. She expresses her love for Kyou by beating him into a bloody pulp. Otherwise shes nice, unless you're threatening her claim to Kyou. She's determined to marry him if it kills him.

Momiji: Actually in high school. He is hyper and fast, like his zodiac, the rabbit. Nice, optimistic, and can never sit still. Half German.

Actual review: You did good on that characters! I wonder who shigure is seeing...well, its..Nevermind. But its good, and the cliffhanger was great. You could describe what Shigure wore, though, since he usually wears his kimono unless he is going out to something formal.

Yuki would call Tooru "Honda-san" by the way. Other than that, awesome! Continue, eh? *rabid yaoi fangril-izes*

i just noted something while reading this fic - it's a little odd that yuki treats tohru with such respect and is very formal (ie. honda-san)... and in the beginning, in his thoughts, he keeps refering to her as 'kid.' it just seemed like an odd word choice, as there's no age difference and it sounds a little condescending.

Cute story! Please do continue with Shigure's secret! Oh, and Yuki calls Tohru "Honda-san" and Tohru does call him Souma-kun, but only until the episode where he gets sick, they have the school marathon, and Hatsuharu is introduced. I'm not sure what Kyou calls her - I can't remember him actually saying either of her names! Shigure calls her "Tohru-kun" and so does almost everyone else.
