This was an interesting cultural set up for this story.

I don't know what plot you're thinking of, but either way, I'm really enjoying the spark they're both finally getting underway.

Personally...I think we need someone...in Tekken fighter roster that would pick a fight with Jin and Asuaka together but has no interest in exposing Jin to public...not forcing you, but we need some traditional fighting session here. as much as I enjoy Lili as a canidate...I want to see you try someone familiar after Jin.

That's...kind of...sad...very interesting atmosphere you've set up to feel with a fine detail of Asuka thoughts for her loss.

No...why would you leave negative author notes about yourself, be proud of your OWN work, if people don't like it, it fine, you're setting up a nice and detailed development...it's better than one of those unexplained/rushed pairing stories...

Another great chapter and I like the new cover art! Drawing Jin must have been really difficult. His hair looks hard to draw but I think you've done it well!
I was also surprised by how much detail you've put into this fic. You must have done a lot of research about the terms and the rituals. I was not familiar with Shintoism, but this chapter helped me understand some of them!
Also I really liked the slow progress of Jin and Asuka's relationship. Rather than those two falling for each other so quickly, it's fun and exciting to read about how their thoughts and feelings change very slowly. The last part of this chapter made my heart skip a beat! _ Heeheehee anyways great job!

Oh, damn, I've finally caught up. Old reader of this fiction, got a little carried over with personal life and other fandoms.
Wonderful work, I really liked how you've portrayed Asuka's mother and the young lady in this chapter, it's refreshing to see Asuka 'improving' her relationship with Jin, actually, the thing which I liked most is how you had it happen... This change didn't feel sudden, it just fell into place, so to speak. Is Asuka starting to realize she could rely on Jin? I hope so! (She'll probably be stubborn to admit she needs him, anyway! :D )

Last, but not least, my deepest appreciation and gratitude to both you and Hanamuguri for the extensive research on terms and rituals, and subsequently their implementation in the story. It's always a pleasure to learn, and for that I have to thank you.
