Well done! I really do love this story, which is saying a lot because I do not really go for Mary Sue stories, but I gave this a go and it just had me hooked. In particular, the Mary Sue character 'Lisa' is really interesting and I loved how you have written the characters and interaction of Fluffy and Medicus. Also, there is that lovely bit of complexities b/n the 5th and 8th doctor I cannot wait to see how this will develop and end. Keep up the brilliant work!
