OMG I cried so much over this. I've never wanted a happy ending for these two more than I did after reading this absolutely heart breaking story. I don't have enough praise to tell you how much this story impacted me.

Can you PUH-LEASE write a second chapter on this. I'm begging you! I loved it! I really want to see how kate feels and what she does. Maybe a sequal even? Or another chapter. Whichever I would be extremely greatful for if you proceeded with it. D

That is some kind of epic stupidity. The fact that nobody helped or *cough, lanie, cough* smacked Kate upside her head or whacked Josh, very unfortunate.

That being said, that was really neat to read, the broken style fit really well with the subject matter.

I wouldn't qualify myself as a shipper, per se, but some degree of happyness is always heartening. I even enjoy Eliza C's "Changing Tracks" because although Kate is sort of left in the lurch, Castle seems happy. This may skirt the line from angst-y to angst-loaded.

You know what would be less angst-y? Another chapter of Alterations. Pm me if I can help.

Sad, but accurate if Kate doesn't let him know how she feels. You're quite right- everyone reaches a point where it's too late to go back to the way things were (ask anyone who is divorced!).

Oh, how different. How hurt they both are - these gotta be about the worse communicators in television history. But I love how you wrote this, especially witnessing Castle's pain. Maybe I would have liked some equal time for what Kate was being put through, but after this guy has been chasing her for about 3 years, enough is enough. Good warning on your intro - I really liked the writing style, and how you kept the focus only between the two of them. Sad but wonderfully executed.

I like the story despite the fact i suspect you have both characters acting in a way that's supremely out of character. She wouldn't make this many attempts to contact him (way too much pride and self-protective instincts) and if she contacted him even half so many times he'd respond.

My only conclusion: You think Castle's an ass too eh?

This is so sad. :( It is beautifully written-the style really fits the idea. But oh my gosh, this is depressing. I'm still glad I read it though because like I said you did a fantastic job writing it and it really is a good story. I enjoyed it quite a bit. But I think I need to go find some nice Caskett fluff now (and some tissues-this made me quite teary). Still, brilliant job! :)
