This is very good. I think that you really captured Cloud's thought process well and the ending was wonderful. Great work.

Good story

I like the way we're in his head for the majority of this. So many of our heroes are people that do the whole "save the world" thing, but might not be the sort who can carry on a normal relationship. Love the stories where they're seen trying to.

This is such a sweet scene and I love it. In addition to everything else that confuses Cloud, the male-female Mars-Venus thing is going on too. I never parsed it that way and it is an enlightening concept. Esp. knowing that Cloud missed boy-girl communication 101 totally, being literally out of the loop. Thanks for this, Tae. I think it's been around on LJ 'cause it's familiar, but I loved watching this bit again! mc
