This was great! I loved how you had Sam do his inner voice dialogue to explain the difference between his intense concern, constant awareness Winchester codependent vigilance on his brother and Dean's all too well known variety! (LOL)

And even though I'm not much of a Destiel fan I loved the way you portrayed the relationship between Dean and his angel. And what "all in" constitutes for a Winchester.

Great humor and some really touching moments, I love that combo in a story.
