These are all very well done. There were a few instances where the flow was a little halting in the first few chapters, but you've grown into the feeling of the stories, and I can appreciate the way that makes the little drabbles come along. Though the rafiks were just a tad too jovial, you've portrayed them well, in spirit of the prompt. You might consider adding a situation bringing to light perhaps a darker side of the older rafiks, to balance out the characters, but I understand that that probably wouldn't fit too well with the tone you've set. Overall, well done. I look forward to future installments.

Very much looking forward to where this one is going to go. Nice pacing, and your dialogue is suitably nervous for Malik and relaxed for the others. Love the care you took in the names for the other two rafiqs.
