This is such a wonderful birthday gift and Valentine's Day story!

I was expecting the breast expansion, but Reimu being a cute boy was a big surprise, and it solves the Valentine's Day dilemma for Marisa. Marisa's transformation was especially sexy, and her new outfit made it even more erotic. She had some very good fun with Reimu in a way that's sexy no matter what gender Reimu is.

Marisa wishing to have milk for Reimu sounds like something to be addressed later on, perhaps on White Day. Reimu would have to give something very special to Marisa then though.

Both ideas sound good here. It is difficult picking any. The second would have more variety to it though.
