this fic made me cry /3 you write this so beautifully

Oh wow, what a beautiful, sad, poetic story. I really loved the attention paid to color in the environment and clothes; it made the story very vivid. The story had a very strong "Asian" flavor to it because of that, which I think added to the poetry and tragedy of it all.

Also nice contrast between how Mitsunari and Ieyasu approached their love; it made the ending so much more bittersweet.

bravo! great story... very sad, too. You describe everything so well and I love your vocab! I like this couple and I think you wrote them very well. The only constructive criticism I can give you is that there were a few simple mistakes in grammar exc. which you probably just missed. In the future I would reccommend a beta reader so as to avoid such simple mistakes. :)

Just read through this fic twice, and I have to say, it's one of the best IeyasuxMitsunari fics here, I'm sure you can tell if you go through my profile, I'm a huge IxM fan, hehehe.

None the less, excellent job with everything. It's beautiful, it's tragic, it has those two boys written all over it. Poor Mitsunari and Ieyasu...but we all knew they could never end up together :(
