i love the inner dialogue... i love that you could almost smell his fear of the 'scary (psycho) kaoru', and who wouldn't be afraid; she beats them with blunt objects, she throws stuff at them, she calls them names... )

I recently received the DVD that had this episode on it, so I found it interesting to read a fic dedicated to it. I think you did an excellent job revealing Kenshin's thought process and I loved the added details in the beginning. Great story!
