Primus(Cybertron) is a multiversal entity. He exists in all dimensions at once no matter the differences in origin.. Having multiple different cybertrons attack each other kinda makes it weird if they are all the same person. Unicron however can only be in 1 universe at a time. Unicorns destruction in the cyberton continuity screwed a lot of things up. Look at tfwiki, they are better at this than me.
