Touching fic, but made of fail by-products.

Ranma's character is totally insonsitent with not only canon, but the past action you credit him with. Because of this, you come to relize that Ranma is simutaneouly spineless, honorless and lobotomized by the end of the fic. Likewise, dialogue is very hard to follow because of a near total lack of dialogue structuring.

Why am i reviewing a 4yr old fic? beats the hell out of me.

Well, I've had you on my Favorites list for years. I still like this story 4 years later. Keep up the good writing and I'll keep giving good reviews.

This plot line simply is not believable. What kind of worthless inconstant coward are you trying to make Ranma out to be? I'm sorry, but he simply would not have stayed in Nerima, no matter what his father and the Tendos said, if this backstory were true.

You could fix it if you had one of Yui-Len's enemies having used the Xi Fang Gao on Ranma in order to make him forget his Amazon wife, and it was _subconscious_ memories of her that were prompting him to return to China. That story line might make for some serious, _believable_ angst when she finally caught up with him, child in tow. But as it stands, this fic is simply impossible for anyone who applies realistic behavioral standards (and thinks Ranma does in fact have some honor) to swallow.

I liked it, i had a single tear rolling down my cheek at the end :P

In the end, it was a fairly good read, but in the future you should attempt to put more effort into character development.

Come on... Let Ranma get out of that hellhole! Otherwise there will always be that tiny pice of hate, doubt and loss hiding in his heart no matter what he remembers. Let him remember and leave for china ASAP!
