I enjoyed reading this story. It was very well written and I don't think the ending was awkward. If anything it was more heart warming than awkward. I'm glad you ended it the way you did.

but the rest... i feel it was a little too out of character for them. i could never see Izaya being so doom n gloom... but it well written other wise. loved the length.

also you missed the "i" in Namie's name in the first(3rd?) paragraph. just to point out that little error.

It was a brilliant story and it was beautifully written. At first, the writing was a little slow so I did skip a few lines (the spacing is used well, by the way ;D ) but at the end I was drawn in and couldn't stop reading. I only didn't want to read because I didn't want the story to end!
