Nicely done; the story evokes memories of the actual event. Hermes' response is straight-to-the-point, but deep enough to be thought-provoking.

Kino's softer side is a surprise, given that she appeared to give so little care for the event in the anime, but it does contribute to the overall feel of the story too.

All in all, a welcome return to the series.
