this hasn't gotten a review since 2003... so I thought I'd just tell you how much I like it. No longer all correct- but oh well. Zachary is going to be one messed up kid if he ever does learn the truth. hehe.

Interesting story, an interesting take on Mrs Lestrange.

Of course, the fiftgh book changes things, we now know she is Bellatrix, but the rest is remarkably well thought out and true.

All sweetness, yet true sadness with Snape.

ANd the interesting reality of Snape's son no longer yearning for his father...

An interesting story, and very well-written. It's an interesting idea- I agree that Mrs. Lestrange was a very, very powerful character, in that scene we saw of her in GoF. I like what you've done with Snape here, too... you've done a good job of integrating an exploration of Snape's past with a "real time" storyline, without it seeming hackneyed or flashback-y. Very well done.

Such a sweet, sad and lovely story.

I wish you would expand it out.
