its something i can overlook, but it just seemed so uncharacteristic of Madame Giry to show Felix the hidden passageway behind the mirror..she just showed him, then expects him to keep it to himself or do nothing! that's not really like her..she's secretive and a bit protective of erik.

besides that, it's a great story so far..i'm glad you are making your own words and not just copying off the movie, as some people do..can't wait for more

He needs to take a chill pill. Poor Victoria, I think its a little bit too much and too sudden for her...but I love how you have him have the "power" of music, not merely a teacher as well. I'm curious to see how the relationship between the two develops as well as seeing Erik transform. :)

Quite a darker Erik, but I love it. Your story is a great read thus far. I love how you don't incorporate the musicals songs (although I do like them, it seems like every phic based of ALW's version they go through the whole story line word for word with the songs). I like how he's drawn to Victoria because of her "understanding music" rather than the fool of a girl Christine.

I love how you are developing the story thus far. Did he read her mind, sure semed like it. Also did Christine mean she never had lessons and then suddenly she could? If so it seems Erik has more power than just the man would.

I like this story very much. You've done an excellent job with the characters! Please update soon!

I love the way you capture the dark, violent, sinister side of Erik's personality; though I personally am very much in love with his more sensitive, vulnerable side.

Another thing like is Victoria's strong personality. Chrisine is flighty and weak-minded, as shown in the movie when she is drawn to whichever of the two boys was closest. Victoria isn't drawn into the hypnosis; though having fear as her motivation gives Erik a long way to go (if he is looking for her love).

It certainly will be interesting to see where this goes. However, I do ask that you at some point explain why Christine and Victoria are suddenly great singers despite the fact that they haven't had any training (well maybe Christine has, but...)

Read all of the chapters: loved it. It was funny, somewhat romantic and very mysterious.

Also loved your Author's Notes; I definitely laughed at more of those.

It's really sad to see 5,000 hits and only 10 reviews. UGH!
