| emenemdj 1/23/12 . chapter 33 I found this story only yesterday and have just finished it! Bravo! A wonderful reimagining! I am very much looking forward to a sequel. One request? Please don't make Dave revert to being naive and incapable of doing much without Balthazar and Veronica. Almost every fanfiction I have read that takes place following the movie has Dave turn back into an idiot/clutz/weakling etc. He has just defeated Morgana. Something no other sorcerer, including Balthazar and Veronica, could do. Give him that credit! Yes, he has a lot to learn, but you can't go back to being naive and lacking self confidence after that kind of accomplishment! And for goodness sake, don't let him turn into a egotistical jerk either! It's just not in him to be that. He's too kind of a person. After reading this story, I have faith you can write a wonderful sequel. Take it and run with it FantasyBard! :D |

I felt that you kept everyone in character, and the thought of Veronica being with Balthazar physically instead of just in his thoughts is very nice.
