I was anticipating the ending of this chapter. At least your Death Eaters are not canon-stupid, too bad Ginevra is.

Aside from that, this story is awesome and I want to read more of it.

A - Aurors coming to arrest you will hardly be persuaded by whatever lies she comes up with. They have orders to take her in, not to hold a disussion with her. On the other hand, do they really have valid orders or is this a political move on flimsy evidence, targeting a known blood traitor? Maybe it is possible for her to talk her way out of this or for Snape or someone else to swoop in and come to the rescue.
B - Okay, so the Aurors are likely to underestimate her, but she still would have to fight through half a dozen adults and resisting arrest isn't exactly the most unexpected of moves. By all rights this should be impossible even for a protagonist. On the other hand, maybe she use a distraction to slip away - Neville and the DA, perhaps?
C - see above, only worse
D - Would be the best option if the ministry wasn't run by Voldemort. She might still be able to pull it off, but her arrest might be of political nature anyway, so going along with it is insanely risky.
E - Not even the Wizarding World would be stupid enough to have such a law in the books, right?
F - hu? wat is this I don't even
G - She is so not going to play damsel in distress.
H - Yeah, because no-one ever thought to try and escape from prison cells...
I - Chicken!
J - okay, why not?

I'd personally pick trying for A, then B, then D.

"Harry tried and failed to cast the Killing Curse? …because Unforgivables have gotta be harder to cast than just shouting out super spelling words really loudly." -Well, Harry doesn't seem to have a problem with just casting other super advanced pieces of awesomeness. Though the Unforgivables are kinda lame if you can cast real magic, so who cares about being unable to use them? Once you go Inanna's Breath and Demon Cutter, you never look back. ;)

Awesome story...love the non-useless Ginny characterisation. It makes the pairing so much more believable, can't wait for more

Honestly, I used to enjoy your stories but not anymore, I honestly think your just a dick now, mostly because of canon and how you write your characters, the fact that you give no reasons for it but end up just giving Ginny super powers pisses me the fuck off, if the fic aint fucking Harry centric then put it in the fucking summary, hell most of your story is in your An's.

Hey this is a great story and I honestly love Ginny this way. I vote she goes to join Harry and somehow convinces Hermione into a threesome with him.

Hahaha, a hangover potion. Nasty nasty. And I vote for Ginny somehow escaping and joining Harry and Hermione. And Hermione's parents were done in an alright way, usually they are good parents in fics, but I've seen them portrayed this way before. Honestly, I prefer your other fics, but it isn't bad. I like the intelligent wand deal as well.

hate to say it, but I'm glad that Ginny had that stupid thought. Moody put a curse *inside* Grimauld to keep the secret from being revealed (as in canon)? Remember where Harry learned the secret? That's right, outside on the street. If Snape were going to reveal the secret, he'd do it wherever the DEs were gathering, and there's no reason he'd ever go into the nasty place again.

And the reason I'm glad that it was Ginny who had the stupid thought - she's a pureblood wizard, and I'd hate to see anyone raised with the remotest of logic in their education to think that that trap was clever.

E! And hopefully there is lots of fire involved. Although of course I will be happy with anything. B would be fun too.

Hmmm, Jamie Evans you say? I remember I did not read that because it said Tonks on it and your Tonks is pretty much the only Tonks or Tonkses I can like, but I suppose now I will have to read it. What? You want reviews for each chapter? No, this story does not suck. I just hesitate to bother you too much and I am kind of reserving judgment, however I must say that so far Ginevra is my favorite and everyone else can fall in a ditch. Mostly I seem to be experiencing the loss of darling Tam Riddle and Luna from your An Old and New World. *pouts in a corner* Those characters actually exist for me now, separate from the actual characters they are supposed to be, um it is difficult to make this make sense. Eh, I just made it sound like they died...hmmm...I mean that I just miss reading that story. Why did I not drag it out? Okay, I am done being rude for the day. _ Reading this has finally made me realize that canon Ginny was crazy to still be with Harry when he refused to tell her anything or let her come with them! I would not have been so understanding. Hmph!
