About time! lol, seriously though, this was the one thing that bothered me in the series. All of Aldur's disciples had a Bel, changing their name. I felt Durnik should have been Beldurnik. Thank you for that. I see from the years its likely not to be continued, so thanks for the six chapters you gave us with a very intriguing premise.

Good thing that Cyradas didn't become a seeress again, it just wouldn't work. Yet Eddings hinted that she hadn't lost ALL her sight, ah well maybe. Keep up the good work!

One last thing. The title of this story doesn't bode well for the Light side, does it?

Beldin? What? Huh? How did Beldin get here? Beldurnik. Mmmm. 'Kay. I thought when he used his hammer to defeat that one demon lord he joined their brotherhood. They said so. And isn't Aldur the one that renames them?

Another suggestion: you seem to have lost the paragraph breaks.

And a note on your note: I'm glad that you realized that Beldin and Vella are supposed to be gone. So many people try to bring them back. But since you already put them in I can see you've got no choice but to work it out.

Oh, and does the fact that everyone the Dark Prophecy possesses wants to marry Polgara mean that it's the Dark Prophecy itself's will? Oooooh.

That's funny, I always think of Durnik with brown hair too. And I guess the names of the twins have become pretty common.

Polgara's was the only room he checked, wasn't it? Doesn't that mean Polgara left and they went chasing after her? And they're not supposed to do that, are they? They're supposed to look for her soul.

I hope someone's not about to assassinate Kail.

I like the part where he makes him scratch his head. That's funny.

Why didn't the Prophecy know when Polgara's mind touched his that she wasn't the real one? He's like omniscent.

I don't think Polgara would cry if she was captured by Zedar. She'd just be in a deadly fury.

Greldik? A prophet? Okay... I guess anything is possible in fantasy. And I wonder what the part about "but for one" means.

And what's this about sailors' collars? I don't get it.

A gentle smile? Belgarath? Uh...sure.

I like it how you portrayed Silk's indignation about Liselle wanting to settle down in the first chapter. That was funny.

And Cyradis is a seeress again? That's also not very probable, and everything in the Seeress of Kell goes against it, but oh well...

Heh heh heh. Can't wait for Silk's wedding.

Just a few little nitpicks. Garion said that he liked the idea of chattering little girls around his knee. Are you referring to when they get older and he'll have to deal with a bunch of adolescent girls? And the two sides of the Prophecy already can travel forward and back in time. And once they joined, neither prophecy existed. There was no opposite. The madness thing could have happened, but I thought that was just caused by frustruation at having to either give up Cthrag Yaska or his worshipers, because he had such a big ego. And even if Zedar was a Ulgo zealot, he probably couldn't get out.

However, I'm going to put all that aside and just try to read the story for what it is. You definitely have Garion's personality down right, for sure. Blurting out, "he's back!" is exactly the kind of thing he would do.

I really loved this story, especially how Zedar escasped and took over Polgara. Please write more chapters, as this story is just about as good as David Eddings would have written it.

Good stuff... except that Drasnia is NORTH of Algaria. But that's okay.
