OMG, you slew me. this broke my heart. Sam's realization, the progression - you even stayed away from the cliche of him telling Dean and Dean comforting him, though I'm a sucker for that too - but you show that caring for Dean *is* your Sam's comfort. just - *sighhhhh*

I have to admit, I love the suicide fics. Where he either threatens it, or tries to, but Dean saves him. Its like my secret sinful addiction..

Gah! I really liked this one, and I love how you tied in Sam's comment on putting a bullet through his head. You continued that aspect throughout the rest of the story then left the readers hanging with that aspect once again in mind. Dean's reactions were well-written and overwhelmingly adorable, and their small, yet somehow deep banter was truly a great addition to the fic. It was a great idea to have that at the end because then you're just like, "awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww". Nicely done!

This is exceptionally well written. You have the younger versions of Dean and Sam spot on.

Especially loved the analogy of the heart and soul and gut instincts- three parts of a whole. Such a fitting description of the little family.

And all the subtle little mannerisms and pauses. I swear I could hear what was going on inside both of their hearts.

Awesome, it's always a joy to find another writer I want to subscribe too.

You did a great job of writing Sam and Dean.

I felt sorry for Sam as he is still suffering the effects of seeing Dean hurt and then having trouble with kids at school.

I love Dean's reaction to Sam's words about putting a gun to his head. Wonderful scene between the brothers as Dean got Sam to talk to him.

I enjoyed reading your story.

It's the little things that make the story come into full color!

You also write with great emotion. Pull the reader in by the heart. A natural gift!
