Otter 2008-04-07 . chapter 42 Absolutely fantastic. Powerfully written, with an ending as open as the episode itself. I loved everything about this story, except possibly your lack of punctuation in earlier chapters. I got that it was the writing style you were using, but damn it was confusing.
The rest of it though. Yikes! Very well done. There are very few Normal Again fics that have this much depth too them. Bravo!

cheebs 2004-01-24 . chapter 42Wow... You've written an amazing exploration of the possibilities opened by "Normal Again." I wonder what sort of research, if any, you did for this or if you're a psych student? I do hope at some point you'll go back and clean up the early chapters, they're very difficult to read but the story is well worth it. |
C 2003-11-23 . chapter 42 Man. That was exhausting, but in the best way imaginable.
Fascinating and painful, and an excellent take on s6/what it could have been/... whatever, really. Simply a solid, arresting story. |
sevhevcracksmeup 2003-07-25 . chapter 42 Wow, Hans, your story was absolutely amazing. I started reading it yesterday because I was looking for some well written fanfic and then I remembered this Crazy Buffy story you used to pimp on TWoP but I never got a chance to read. ;) It is awesome. You really took Normal Again to a new level and wrote such a great story to leave us not knowing exactly what was real, but it was a happy ending none the less. When I saw that it was like 41 chapters, it was a little off-putting, but I was so consumed by your words and ideas that it seemed to end too soon. Great, great story! I can't wait for you to do more fics when you're able too! |
Astrablue 2003-04-02 . chapter 42Wow. I just came upon this on the fanfic thread at TWoP and figured to give it a go. Am I so glad that I did.
This story is excellent. You drew me in, you made me a part of this world. I love your imagery and I really like the ending.
I wish that we could've seen some, or all, of this on the show itself. It would've been really great. Thank you for this gem of a story. |
WhiteWolf 3 2003-03-29 . chapter 42We are at the end. Not the end I would do or expected, but the end that fits the story and you. I have enjoyed the story. And looking forward seeing you write another story. |
alliterator 2003-03-29 . chapter 42I saw that you had finished it, so I rushed here to finish reading it (WIPs are fiendish things).
Wow. Just... wow. I love the ending. There's no cop-out, there's no hullicination, it's all real. I love the imagery that Joyce, Hank, and Giles are standing there and the sky is sunny, cloudy, and rainy at the same time. Very good! |
Hoedogg 2003-03-25 . chapter 41Yay! She's alive. Wait a minute, this is the next-to-last chapter? I can hardly wait to see what's in store in the conclusion. |
WhiteWolf 3 2003-03-25 . chapter 41Man You are the greatest you didn't kill our little Willow. *grin*
This I didn't expect. Please continue with your good/great work. |
Hoedogg 2003-03-23 . chapter 40Very deep stuff. Awesome story. |
WhiteWolf 3 2003-03-20 . chapter 40Man I like your thinking. Pain and Joy. You are a wiseman my friend. |
neko 2003-03-20 . chapter 39 I really love this fic :) Pleease write more! It's not fair leaving me wondering what happens next! I think it's excellently written and reflects Buffy's feelings well, if that makes any sense at all. |
Hoedogg 2003-03-18 . chapter 39Geez, Hans. Just when I think this story can't get any better, it does. And while I admit that I'm one of the few who actually enjoyed the depressed, antiheroic Buffy that the show served us in Season 6, I still find your version of her way more compelling. |
Raiining 2003-03-17 . chapter 39 wow. Um ... very good story - excellently written. Disturbing, yes .. but excellently written. I hope you keep updating and I will continue to follow it, but I think I need some recovery time before the next chapter. :-) |
WhiteWolf 3 2003-03-17 . chapter 39If Buffy isn't crazy, Why did you call the story Crazy Buffy? *grin*
I still like the story. Please continue |
