Hi. This fic was so well written. I was LMAO just picturing uncle Jonas in a bunny suit. It was just too funny. However, I sort of expected more Max and Logan action if you know what I mean and the ending was very unexpected. Plz, continue this story.

Very cool fic. I'd love to smack Jonas upside the head for his little remark, but I liked this picture of the Cale family and all its quirks. And Jonas in the bunny outfit was priceless. :)

I was definitely intrigued at the idea of actually seeing Jonas in the bunny suit. It was fun thinking about Max laughing so hard. The day didn't seem like that chore Logan was afraid it would be. But I kept wondering what happened to the real Jonas. Then WHAM!

Greatjob!

That was good. I always wondered about that. _

Loved it. You made Jonas a perfect prick.

Wow! I like this. I really do. It's great seeing Jonas act like a happy goofball, even though it's sad that he's drunk and has (or had, in the past) ulterior motives for it. I like the way you portray Logan and Bennett as always having been rather close...although, if that were the case, I would think he would have met Marianne before the wedding. Max and Logan are a little closer, a little more flirty, here than they are on the show at this point. There's nothing wrong with that in fic-world-I love to read it-as long as your intention wasn't to stay *exactly* in character. You might want to specify in your A/N that this takes place sometime between *Haven* and IAIAAC, although it's not that crucial. I like the way you have Max and Marianne becoming friends-and the twinge of jealousy Max feels. I never thought of Jonas as the type to, er, let his hands roam, but I suppose it would fit with all the other slimeball things he does. Glad to see Max enjoying childhood, even if it is vicariously. "Speaking of Logan, where is the reprobate anyway?"-I couldn't help but think of Normal here, since he's the only character to use that term on the show. The ending seemed kind of abrupt, but I think two factors explain why: 1) I was kinda hoping to see how Logan explained their sudden departure to Max, and 2) there's a lot of white space at the bottom and the scroll bar had me fooled into thinking there was more story than there was. If I were writing or betaing this, I would probably join the last sentence with the previous one ("Damn Jonas," was all he said, and they drove the rest of the way back to Seattle in silence")...but I'm not, so I'm not going to worry about it. :) The more I think about it, the more I can imagine this ending being the ending of an episode; it has impact and it leaves things unsaid, both of which the show does quite often. We are left to imagine how much Logan was hurting and what, if anything, he said to Max in explanation. I'm on my way to bed now-maybe I'll dream up a good continuation. :)

I like it. You had really great interaction between Max and Logan. I hope you add to the story or at least write more.

Great story, catherder. Loved Logan's fit of pique at the end.
