 Ein 8/6/05 . chapter 1 Kee-yoot! Zell's so sweet! |
 Daydreaming Git 4/14/03 . chapter 1I love it,too! It's great. I like it to be just a story of simple and pure friendship, which you seldom see these days. And another reason, i like Zell and Seifer both, it's great to see them being friends. :P |
 Optical Goddess 4/7/03 . chapter 1Ohh! that was so excellent! Of course, at first reading the summary and it says something about Zell's relatioship with Seifer, I did automatically think it was a more-than-friends type of fic. But I'm glad you explained it wasn't going to be that type of fic. so I thought, Hmm, this sounds interesting! You dont' see too many fics like this, just focusing on a friednly awkward relationship. Kinda like seeing your enemy from high school again years later. (Which I still haven't, I wonder how that would go, eek!) This was really informative and detailed, I will have to check out your other fics. |
 Ashbear 3/16/03 . chapter 1Okay for a first attempt, this was beyond great. I loved how you had it from Zell’s prospective the entire time, and how the others treated Seifer. It was a surprising friendship, and one very believable. Oh and this line, “You’ll talk even if you damned head was sliced off.” Is absolutely wonderful! The whole ‘chicken thing,’ very classic! |
 Nique - Lina 11/6/02 . chapter 1Needs some editing. But this is good. Very original and it makes sense. Zell, out of everyone, had the nmost right to do this. Squall and Seifer couldn't, they were enimies. Rinoa couldn't, her and Seifer's past was too involved for them to even just be friends. No. They would have to stay completly away from each other.
But Zell! Now that makes sense. He hated Seifer, but never really had a relationship with him. He didn't really know Seifer, so he could possibly see some good in him.
Well that's what I think. This could use some editing though. |
 Barrett Machain 7/25/02 . chapter 1Very nice! I've read dozens of stories about Seifer's return to the Garden and nine times out of ten, it's either Rinoa or Quistis that ends up reaching out to him. But I like the fact that in your story, it was Zell. i think that out of everyone, Dincht had more reason to hate Seifer. Even more than Squall did. This story is a great example of putting the past behind and focusing on the future. If you can turn your worst enemy into a good friend, then it just goes to show that anything is possible. :)
Wonderful job. :) |
 Catherine Rain 7/23/02 . chapter 1Wow, for a first fanfic, that's pretty awesome.
Anyway... uh... the only other thing I have to say is, Zell's comment about "boy am I a chicken-wuss, I can't even make friends with my worst enemy" is a little... off. Your worst enemy is probably one of the most difficult and scariest people to make friends with... maybe you shouldn't have pointed that all out in one sentence. xx;
But yes. Seifer needs friends like a July day needs air-conditioning. |
 Vanessa 6/24/02 . chapter 1 Awesome! Very good for your first try! I read Regrets of a Father, and I was curious, so I decided to look up your name. Wow! I'm really impressed! |
 reveileb maerdyad 5/30/02 . chapter 1yes, thanks for not making this yaoi...although for a moment there, i thought it was goona be a zellfer (is that what they call it?)...;) |
 purple-sorceress 3/30/02 . chapter 1This is nice. I like how you tried to analyze the characters without turning this into a yaoi(Eek). |
