This is an interesting and well constructed story jus wondering how it will come out. Looking forward to the update.

I can picture the "grocery mom" yeah those mothers always think they're right and know what's best for their children.

My heart melted at the last part of the chapter Chuck's "I know" It was just so cute. And I loved the fact that Sarah allowed herself to smile at his antics of not telling her when Danny falls asleep. They both want it, the delicious tension is just waiting to be popped.

Keep up the amazing job! I can't wait to see what happenes next and if Danny ever decides to say something.

Wow. A really fun and sticky story (and I don't mean the peanut butter and jelly sandwich kind of sticky).

Great job on the S2 characterizations! I really enjoyed yanking myself back in time to where things were at that time, even though it was mildly disconcerting at first. It was worth it though—I loved the first two seasons.

I'm interested to see how you handle Sarah's relationship with Danny. Her naivete in these situations makes it unlikely she'll understand the need to keep some distance now in order to save herself from greater pain later. Because she'll have to give him up at some point, right?

Leave it to Ellie to be blunt about the vision of Chuck's nuclear family-to-be. How torturous it is for Chuck to know why realizing that vision isn't the straightforward exercise Ellie believes it is. Especially when he can see it just as vividly as she.

Awkward and poignant describe some of my favorite stories. This is well on its way to being one. Thanks for sharing it with us!

Great chapter, fun to read about all the conflicting thoughts and unsettling emotions going through Sarah at this point, but despite her conflict she can still get defensive when her 'parenting skills are questioned at the store. Please update soon, thank you.

So Sarah is slowly thawing her walls, now with Mama Bear Ellie back in the picture, perhaps she might steering her into motherhood. It will definitely take some work for Sarah to realise that the pre made family she has now, may just start turning her thoughts more quickly to somewhere she wpuld never of thought her life would head.

I was really glad to find this updated. Its such a wonderful and different story.

And I think you are a very very talented writer. I could easily picture every scene and not a word felt out of place. Nothing was missing either. The characters all feel very true to themselves, the pacing seems just right and you create a really nice atmosphere. I cant wait for more. Thank you so much for sharing.

This is just a great sweet story. I had to chuckle when Ellie told Chuck that this was a glimpse of what could be his future. I thought about that movie Family Man with Nicolas Cage and that made me smile much like this story makes me smile. I am wondering exactly where this story is going to go and what will be the outcome, but then thats why we read this stories. Thanks it is alot of fun, I like it. tw

I love the little touches you use with Sarah. this is such a personal journey for her, and I am enjoying it.

I managed to sneak a quick look into my inbox and, girl, was I HAPPY to see that you had updated! I mean, after wishing and hoping for a few updates from you, and then, BAM! you pop out with not one but two squee worthy chapters. You give me the warm and fuzzies, Lauryn!

I can't blame Sarah for getting comfortable with Chuck's warm arm wrapped around her shoulder, and that cute little body of Danny's covering her like a warm blankie. Adorable. But yeah, it does get hot holding a sleeping babe in your arms, though I, for one, love that feeling. I'm known as the "Baby Sleeper" among my Mommie friends and Sister. It's a title I'm proud of. The way there lips pucker is just so cute! LOL. Sister says I spoil my nephew too much, guilty.

I really enjoyed Sarah contemplating why it is that Danny has grown so attached to her. Those musings where very entertaining and I'm glad to see her react to it the way she has, both internally and outwardly. I feel, and I've said this before, that you've stayed true to the characterization of these characters as well as mixed in how you feel they'd respond/act. Kudos, my friend. Truly. It's always awesome to read a story that just flows and is so darn enjoyable!

Hee, the Charlie's Angels ringtone? Hilarious, and cute. Very Chuck. And the fact that Danny can calm down and fall back to sleep listening to Sarah's voice? D'AWWWW. Stop making me fall in love with these people even more! Too much sweetness, I'll need a dental check up pronto!

Yay, the Awesomes have arrived. Ellie being the meddling, overprotective older sibling never gets old. I love her. I'm glad she's pointed out the obvious to Chuck. Charah babies! Charah babies! LOL. Haha! Nice. Poor Sarah is constantly freaking out. Danny's attachment to her is pretty adorable.

Loved to see Ellie, and the end with Chuck's thoughts about Sarah and his possible future at the end, whereas Sarah was freaking out about being comfortable into this life at the beginning was very well done.
