There may be a little to much scene description. It is vivid but does not move the story as much as the discription of what Peeta sees. Setting could be cut a great deal and action expanded. Well thought out, but don't forget they have to talk him into making a tape and he still cares for Katniss at that point, he doesn't go Mutt til after he warns 13 of the attack.

It flows well and seems natural. I like the way he's so tormented with frustration and the fact that Snow is already messing with him. So far the characters are very well done.
