THIS FIC IS SO FREAKING AWESOME! ONE OF MY FAVS! i love it and have read it a million billion times...ok really only a couple but its still AWESOME!

Oh my gosh this story is so good! I had to stay up until one in the morning just to get to the epilogue!

It also (almost) made me cry, and that's saying something (not meaning to brag, lol), because I'm basically heartless. And evil. *laughs evilly*coughs* Excuse me. Muahahahahahaha. :D

And now I'd like to comment on how realistic you made the characters.

I love this story. I think it is the best Moulin Rouge story. I wasn't quite sure with some things about my dear Christian, the feminine Moulin Rouge tattoo, the Princess Bride being his 'favorite', but I think you played all these odd chararistics right. I liked Satine alot in this story, just one thing. In the beginning you said her name was Satine Grant and then at the end, you said Satine Campbell. I would just keep an eye out for these things, but don't worry about it, I do it too. The Princess Bride book was perfect. Overall, this story was amazing and I wish I could read great fanfics like this all the time. As always, write on.-Hobbit

This is a great fic. I'm not very knowledgable in the world of Moulin Rouge fic, but this one isn't so bad. Certainly, the idea isn't quite original (or maybe it is), but it's played out fairly well, with enough twists and variations to make it interesting rather than a complete copy of the actual movie. Characterizations are a little over done, and the angsty conflict can get a tich annoying (especially on cliffhangers). But, generally, the feeling is there. Technically, the writing is mostly flawless, nothing to obvious. The quality of the writing is decent as well. All in all, a good, happy fic to sit down and read should you feel the need. Give it a try if you're mildly interested. You can probably finish it in one, maybe two sittings. And at least it's finished, which is one point that this fic has over most others. Definately not a waste of your time if you like Moulin Rouge.

Notes to the author: So ya know, I really did enjoy the fic. The writing is pretty decent. You've got ideas, and plot and all done, and I'm glad you had the maturity to finish the story. Advice? A sequal would be awesome. But only do a sequal IF you can do the sequal, IF you have a story to go around the idea (college, like you mentioned). Please. Do yourself and do us a favor. Not that I don't believe you can't do it. Think through conflicts, plots, characters, and settings and all that jazz first. Then put it down to pen.
