I really like this story! The dynamics between the characters are very good, and I really like the way that you write Snape. However, I feel that perhaps you are making Harry's speech too young. This is not how twelve year olds speak, and it is not how Harry spoke even in the first book. This may be intentional, but I wanted to point it out. Besides that, this is really good. Keep writing!

I feel so bad for Harry having to relive all that. I'm glad that he has so many people supporting him now.
I kinda wish I got to see the Dursleys themselves testify. I hope that Dudley got put in foster care and gets to have lots and lots of therapy. He's still a kid so it might not too late to change. Yeah, I hope Vernon drops the soap in jail but he might not need to. Child abusers especially rapists get "special" treatment in jail.
