I found it funny, yet heart-warming sweet when Harry tried to comfort Sev! :') I hope Sev didn't erase Harry's memory. THAT memory! |

| midnightflame134 4/28/13 . chapter 1 This was a really nice story, although something I don't quite think would ever happen. I just feel like Snape would never willingly show Harry one of his memories, something we realize in OoTP when it happens on accident. But I understand why Snape did in this story, and the way both characters acted seemed very genuine and true to the books until the end when Snape gets all comforting and kind (again, it was OOC but it made sense). Harry is sweet and still very innocent here, so it's easier for him to be nicer to Snape rather than in his later years. The ongoing years of hate and mistreatment of Snape hasn't been experienced yet, so his attitude is still impressionable towards him. A very sweet and warm story that distinguishes Harry from his father. |

| bookivore 8/9/12 . chapter 1 I'm awfully fond of Snape, and I love how you portray him here. He's nasty in just about the same way as in canon, and pulls back from being a truly evil person because he suddenly realizes how nasty he is being. People don't seem to realize that kids can deal with someone yelling at them some of the time, if they can generally trust that they will be taken care of and it won't go too far and it isn't actually their fault - kids can deal with adults having problems some of the time if they (the adults) 'man up' and deal with the problems the other part of the time. |
