Yes, Alan, we know you coulda won. There are other days and other races and you're not washed up yet. Scott has a point; you, like your older brothers before you, have to prove yourself ten-fold if you ever hope to escape the very long shadow of your father.

Yeah, I can understand how it might feel weird to be about to finish this story when your life was so different when you started the story.

Whew! He seems to have made it but you do have me a bit worried since he's not moved. One person I shouldn't have to worry about causing the Tracys anymore harm seems to have gotten just what he deserved.

Yay! Alan makes it out! Good thing he actually *listened* to John. I'm sure his red race car is in a thousand flaming fragments, and I doubt he got away unscathed. But Dirky boy loses again. And that's what makes it so satisfying.
