My only criticism is: speech marks? As well as being an essential grammatical component they do make the story a lot easier to read. Why don't you use them at all?

Anyhoo, apart from that it's a fantastic story, and Crowley is just amazing. :) Shame there wasn't more conversation between him and Zira, but then I suppose it wasn't needed.
