While I like the characterization of Doogie and Vinnie (especially Vinnie) here, the story itself doesn't have much material or purpose. After reading it, I didn't gain much insight into the characters or story. Perhaps you could lengthen it a bit?

Also, in the grammatical realm, you're missing a couple of punctuation marks.

Nice job overall, though!
