I love this story!

And unlike before, I'm really excited to see what Brittany and Quinn will be like together. I like the Shelby/Quinn dynamic, but I think only for their attractiveness, which is how you've portrayed them - as being impossible and doomed from the start. Brittany and Quinn will be really sweet, I think.

I hope you write more Brittany and Quinn stories, and possibly more Shelby/Quinn stories, but in a less 'we're screwed' way, haha.

Either way, I'm loving this, and I can't wait to read more. I hope you find the inspiration to update soon! Keep up the amaaaazing work. :) xx

Not sure why I didn't review when this chapter first came out. It was the best V-day present I recieved btw. Poor Quiin, but there are worse ways to deal with grief than fucking/being fucked being fucked by Idina Menzel/Shelby Corcoran. I suppose I should say Poor Shelby.

As one of those who urged you to keep this Quinn/Shelby I apologize.

Well the beginning of this chapter gave me a slight heart attack...thanks for giving my heart a jump start.

So there isn't a lot I can say that others haven't so I'll just go with the cliche of: I really like this story. You've done great job of putting the angst in all the right places to make this feel, well, angsty for lack of a better word so a thumbs up is in order. *gives thumbs up*

You make the hot scenes sizzling, the sad ones depressing, and the rest pretty damn good. 'Nuff said. I'm going to subscribe to this story and await patiently for an update.

Wow. A very tense, emotional chapter. Also, I know it's awful, but I love the irony of getting hit by a drunk driver on the way to AA, and was probably more amused than I should have been when Quinn realised it as well.

All in all, I thought this chapter was really well written, and I think that it sort of came out of nowhere worked to it's advantage because things like that *do* tend to just fly in out of nowhere without warning.

The ending was heartbreaking. And makes me pity Dustin, because telling Quinn her loves her? Yeah, this is not going to end well for him.

And finally, on a very random note: "Quinn's expression and posture are both stony still, but behind those hazel eyes Shelby can see a swarm of emotions" - That line made me think of Kelly Clarkson's Behind These Hazel Eyes, and before I knew it I was listening to the album and I realised a lot of those songs kind of apply to Quinn in this story. Like I said, just a random note, but I wanted to share it since it's your story.

You updated! Wheeee. This is quite torturous, not wanting to get invested knowing they're going to break up. Both angsty and hot... dear lord, my aching heart... I am so in love with this story.

Great chapter! I love this fic! Its upsetting that Judy died when Quinn was finally getting to know her though :( Can not wait to read more! hopefully your muse stays with you for a while!

Sad chapter, little gutted about it not being Shelby/Quinn but I can see where you're coming from, glad you updated and I'm really intrigued at how Quinn and Britt are gonna get together

But seriously, if i had been reading from when u first posted i would have reviwed every single chapter...but i just got here, so i'll have to settle for a generalized review. It's good. period. your characterizations are excellent and ( relatively, for an AU) very canon/believable, your attention to detail is something i genuinely appreciate, because most FFers are just like "oh yeah, blah, throw it up there" w/o any thought about backstory or plot holes etc. I love the depth of your characters, especally Quinn's maturity. I'm doing this really late t night so i'm sure i missed some stuff but i'll come back and do it properly when i've had a few hours' sleep :) but really, it's awesome. i honestly am dying to find out what happens next!

I LOVE this story! And as much as I am an avid Quelby shipper, I respect your choice to go in the direction of Quitt. Just so long as you update this fic soon. I am anxiously awaiting the next installment. :)

I've been reading what you did publish again and again these past few months - and I want more! Pretty please with cherry on top, continue this fic! (And maybe give up the Quinn/Brittnay angle and stick to Quinn/Shelby?)

Hello there. This is the first time I read a Quinn/Shelby fanfiction and I'm honestly impressed by yours. I enjoyed your writing and the background story you gave each character. Everything felt more real beacause you didn't rush it. I love the bond created between Quinn and Shelby, you actually made me love Shelby! The way you wrote her made me realize I hadn't given her a 'second change'. I hope you'll write more soon, but of course I don't wanna rush you, I read your A/N but I'm kind of an impatient reader when I like a ff so much :)

As it's been mentioned in other reviews I'm kind of bummed it's gonna be a Quitt story eventually. I like the pairing, but the teacher/student relationship is pretty interesting and more appealing to me. Plus I love how things are between Quinn and Shelby, but oh well...you are the writer and I'll stick around.
