I used to stammer when i was a little kid. i was painfully shy and always was afraid. Believe it or not, i found that acting is my thing. I got past my stammer and discovered a great talent of mine.

Not bad! You do a good job of getting inside Bertie's head. If I may humbly make a suggestion, though, next time make sure to clean up the punctuation and spelling before posting. Makes it a little easier for your readers to follow, if you lose the run-on sentences.
