Leeloo-Cookie 7/14/03 . chapter 1OOh, I liked it alot. Not enough hatred so well written these days.
Cheers. |
Liebling 5/21/03 . chapter 1Harsh. Fantastic. Amazing. Cold. The words weren't pretty, and I think I liked that the best. They weren't "-dressed up-" they were frank and up front. Adored it.
What a fantastic author you are! |
 selene-chan 4/18/03 . chapter 1Very well written,I like the idea. |
ickyveggies 3/22/03 . chapter 1This was really good! And it was a very original idea. |
Airelle Vilka 12/26/02 . chapter 1 Wonderful... very caustic, yet very touching. |
Dragon Empress 12/16/02 . chapter 1Wow, this is brilliant. It's so bitter and hateful and nasty, but I still love it. You've done a great job on this! |
 tropicalfrost86 12/14/02 . chapter 1oOoOo...

Nor-Nor Muffin 10/20/02 . chapter 1 i wanted to win the green fairy award at NWiTV...
and this is the spectacular, brilliant, perfect reason why i didn't win. |
Nor 8/6/02 . chapter 1 i'm spoiling you with another spectacular round of praise for this ficcie, coz i love it and i love you, mita.
i love how the pretty fairy blames all her mean actions on the fact that she's a magickal creature: fresh and pure outside, but just as sordid as the courtesans when her soul is concerned.
loverly and thought provoking; fervent and brilliant.
fantastic |
PepsiAngel 6/18/02 . chapter 1 I finally got around to reading this, after hearing how magnificent it was. It was amazing, you really captured the Green Fairy. I was caught up in her character and her views on everyone were schnazz. :)

Miss Nita 5/11/02 . chapter 1 Ohh...Mita, you leave me in awe every time I read this. It's so dark and haunting...
If this doesn't win the award for best Green Fairy fic in the NWiTV awards, there is no justice in the world.

Thyme In Her Eyes 5/5/02 . chapter 1My God, beautiful work, amazing! Very interesting observations on all the characters and new depths to them all. I love your bitter, twisted and cynical portrayl of such a 'glamorous' being and her low opinion of everyone weak enough to turn to her for comfort. Just like the Moulin Rouge itself is glamorous and sprakling on the outside but is bitter and sordid on the inside...lovely symbolism there. This is a skilled and beautiful (albeit in a dark, disturbing way) piece of writing. Congratulations! |
Black Tangled Heart 4/30/02 . chapter 1oh my dear, sweet drama-princess,
this is the first piece of yours i've read, and i sit here at my computer with my mouth hanging open! if you consider this a bad piece of work, your other work must be over-the-top UNFATHOMABLE because this one is downright amazing!
you've captured all the sin through green liquid and a light, pretty fairy. you've stripped away the glamour of the underworld and exposed its raw, ugly innards so expertly! the green fairy is definitely the type of character to sneer down on those who inhabit and visit the 'glittering' moulin rouge, even when it really is a filthy place.
you've made this so realistic...this is going in my favourites for sure, and i promise you, you're on my favourites list and i'll read everything you've written with sheer joy.
sometimes, people ask me to read and review their work...and when i think it's crap, i still have to say "oh this is so good" but i'm not lying here.
just like She's a Star, you've managed to make the moulin rouge come to life before my own blue eyes. when i see the way you write, i think "why couldn't i be that good"? this is the only piece of yours i've read so far, as i said before...and you've already taught me and inspired me. thank you for reviewing my stories too, and please continue writing this incredible work.
all my love,

Bohemian Storm 4/27/02 . chapter 1Oh wow. I'm truly speechless. I was at the awards site, reading stories to vote for and I came across yours, which is absolutely amazing. The dark, bitter edge is a wonderful twist on a story that usually spawns fluffy fics. You're a fantastic writer and this story is going in my favourites. |
