Your prose in this piece is beautiful, almost poetic in its grace. It also provides a very believable insight into Brennan's mind. I particularly like your explanation as to why Vincent was Brennan's favorite intern, as well as your explanation as to how his death brought B&B together; I'd never made the connection between Vincent's death and Booth's until you pointed it out. She wanted a script, a schedule, an itinerary to her life

That is SO Brennan, as is the careful planning, the meticulous work with the skeleton as a meditation for her alone. I love the repeated, "But is it bad?" and how she sees through science. I think you've captured the way she uses science and logic to interpret the world. It's rather sad (but totally believable) that she sees VNM as being much like herself but more likeable.

That was a really perceptive, beautiful insight into Brennan's thought processes. Lovely writing.

The first post-finale-fanfic that I loved. True to character, not cliche or cheesy. Subtle love rather than outspoken.

Maybe now my need to read a good post-ep-tag will fly away. I still have problems grasping that this last scene really happened... Seems so surreal.

This is utterly gorgeous, m'love. I loved the scattered way you described their night together and the unravelling of those threads of her life she's tried so hard to control. She's truly living the life UNexpected now, isn't she? I couldn't be happier for her (them).
