I really like the plot of this fic. It makes sense that Maya would be hesitant to channel anyone again after what happened with Dr Grey and of course she would want Phoenix there for support.

This latest chapter is the most well written out of the three. I can tell from your writing style that you're a very energetic, excitable person and there are a lot of extremes and strong reactions to things from your characters. Your story is quite fast paced, but I like the way that it has slowed a little within this last chapter, taking note more of the smaller details.

One of the best pieces of advice that I ever recieved from a creative writing teacher was that "A moment can contain a thousand words." Taking notice and describing the things that are happening, thoughts and feelings makes for a well fleshed out story and I can see that your writing skills are developing in that direction.

I also commend you for writing Phoenix in the first person. It's spectacularly hard to maintain.

I like it so far but the one thing that made me confused were the dialogues. Don't group different characters' dialogues into the same paragraph.

The rule to writing is: Each dialogue should have their own paragraph.

Hah, really liking how this story flows, seems pretty light hearted now, but I get the feeling it's not going to stay that way.

The first person is perfect so far and the characteristation is perfect :D
