Terrific stuff. Practically no one ever writes about The Hobbit, much less does humor pieces for it, and the dwarves definitely had it coming.

Funny and wacky- always thought poor old Bilbo got the short end of the deal But I don't know. seemed a bit odd to , read Bilbo talking like a modern guy. But that's just because I'm very protective of the hobbit; I write my own Bilbo B. fanfics, which by the way I highly recommend, critical reviews accepted (no flames tho). So, anyway, the stories are "Concerning Mary Sues and Other Essays" and "There and Back Again: the Screenplay." Read 'em, or don't, though I'd like it if you did.

Anyhow, back to your story. It was actually a very good mix of modern and Middle Earthish language and actions, very well done.
