My answer shall be yes and yes I think you should make 'Darkstalkers: Next Generations, Kals Series' and 'Darkstalkers: Prision' into a few series.

p.s. exactly what would happen, when, and how if the seal on Kal should say, BREAK? Also, if Kal's a werewolf, should that also make his brother a werewolf too?

I think that they should be separate stories all together. It would need some massive editing before they could be considered to be the same story or even sequels.
