ABSOLUTELY AWESOME new chapter!

I'm so worried about these villains. And i trully hope Jane can help because i don't want to see nothing bad happening specially now that Clark is giving himself a second chance.

You know, i can't get used to Jane calling him Johny LOL. Everytime she says the name it sounds so odd to me LOL I know is silly but i just can't help it. He is Clark! hahaha

Loved his moment in the newsroom again but i don't like the idea of him going back to one and working with Jane. Don't get me wrong, he has the right and deserves to love and be happy again and i think Jane is right for him but i still think the DP dynamic is a Clois thing. Yeah, i know is not the DP but the newspaper dynamics is the same. Idk maybe is a stupid territorial thing but that's just the way i feel it. Him being a freelancer is perfect he should stick with that LOL

And another thing, his relationship with Jane would be too much like his relationship with Lois in many aspects and i don't think that's healthy. Jane is a different person, his feelings for her are different from the love he felt for Lois. I don't think they should work together and share their office place

But again, i'm voicing my opinion. The story is still great and i'll keep reading whatever you do :)

I am still utterly amazed at how great a job you've done with Jane. I think that what makes her so likeable and acceptable to the viewers (or at least me) as a possible future *anything* to Clark is her connection to Lois. That was a great touch.

It wouldn't be enough that it's 1000 years later, nor that she's a great person, yadda, although all of these pieces help. She needs to have Lois in her. Period. So BRILLIANCE! OMG.

Okay, so let's see how and if Clark is saved!

Ahh...finally, there are no more secrets between Clark and Jane. And after listening to her explanation, I can definitely understand why she's been so hestitant. But now, I'm glad Clark is aware of his "death" in her dreams so that they could work on finding a solution so that won't happen.

I also liked Clark's reaction. In part, I know he realizes someday, he will die, but I don't think he's bothered by it. After all, he'll get to reunite with Lois. But in the meantime, his time with Jane is very important to him and with him wanting to start anew with another relationship, I know he'll do everything in his power to defeat Power Boy and Neutron.

How that's going to happen at this point, I'm not sure. But I'm feeling kind of iffy about Jane's idea. Sure it's harmless to have her sleep and dream of what happens, but maybe being sedated for a long period of time can have side affects. Hopefully, Jane will wake up feeling nothing more than well-rested, but it's always good to be prepared for the worst.

Update soon, Barbara. I'm curious to see how Jane's plan turns out in chapter ten. :)

OMG! These villains are way more dangerous than everyone else they ever faced! I mean, the Neutron guy, alone, took away Clark's powers and Clark didn't even had a chance to see the guy!

I hope that Jane's abilities, somehow, could help them :D I bet the older members of the league would appreciate ;)

Wow, Barbara. This was a great chapter because it revealed so much starting with Jane's secret!

I thought Clark handled the news well and I loved that he took into consideration the teams own personal experiences with secrets to keep from overreacting about Jane. I just hope that once she reveals all, her secret doesn’t cause a rift between them.

In the meantime, I absolutely enjoyed the introductions of the villains in this story. While I’m not all too familiar with many of the DC comic characters (aside from the more mainstream/popular ones), I liked that you’ve included Power Boy. I recall reading about him and that he once had a romantic relationship with Kara although, I had no idea that he’d gone bad. Unless of course, that was your own little twist, but either way, I think it’s refreshing to see other comic book characters showcased in this fic. He couldn’t be in more better hands than yours, Barbara. Haha.

Now the other villain, Nathaniel Tyron as Neutron is very new to me. Whether or not he’s a member of the DC universe, I think his presence will definitely be a challenge for our heroes. Particularly Clark after blacking out, but will Kara be affected also? And what about Conner? From what I can tell, the JLA consist of Clark, Kara, J’onn, Diana, and on occasion, the Legion, but are there other members in this future fic? Because I gotta tell ya, the thought of Neutron sucking the life out of Superman makes me a bit nervous. And Kara, now that her former lover has returned, what’s to become of her? I’m hoping that both physically and mentally, the League are prepared for the dangers that lies ahead.

Beautiful chapter, love! I love their relationship progressing. Their kiss was luscious. I love that she lets him talk about Lois and he lets her talk about her husband. :)

they date was lovely. Poor Clark... acting like a school boy hehehe he's so lost. Adorable

Wow. I love how bold Clark was during his date with Jane. It was just enough to get more than one kiss out of the night without it being too much. Not that I would mind because as he said, it has been a long time.

Also, I liked that they are both in agreement about keeping their deceased spouses memories alive by talking about them. As for Diana discovering the mystery behind Jane, I'm glad it was her. After all, it seems fitting since she had that heart-to-heart with Clark and admitted to only looking out for his best interest. But what will see do with her newfound knowledge? Will she confront Jane? Or tell Clark, Kara, and even J'onn what she found out?

PPMS, Barbara! I'm looking forward to more! :)
