Great Chapter. I like the development of the Harry Character but dislike the plot theme. When Bart Crouch was found out, the Tournament should have been voided and the champions reselected.

Are you going to continue this fic or is it abandoned?

Having read the preview just yesterday, I can well see the changes you made (chiefly remove Lara Croft and add a wife for Remus) and think they were not only justified, but welcome!

I really hope your muses will get back to work soon on this one, because I REALLY want to know what will happen next! (as in: how much will Albus be *blip*ed ;-p and the meeting with the dragon during the first task, because you didn't say but strongly implied that Harry could communicate with them! And now that I think about it, when they will take Ginny as Harry's hostage for the second task, there may be blood... Lots of blood ;-p)

I like the start of the plot is fairly solid. I think Harry is a bit too 'super Harry', who can do everything. I loved the idea that you put Ginny in as his sister, however, I think you kind of keep forgetting about her. So far it feels more like a very long introduction to the actual story. There is hardly any dialogue, interaction scenes, or scenes where things just are. You describe everything (of which you do a fab job, mind you) but that on its own feels rather cold and shallow. The story, so far, I feel is good, but to get to a really excellent and exciting level there has to be more humanity and interaction to it. So far, both Ginny and Harry never mentioned their parents at all. I have the good fortune of both my parents still being alive, but simply imagining their demise would cause strong emotional reactions. And I am a grown woman. I cannot imagine what it would be like for a child at the age of 12. No matter how fantastic their 'uncles' are. So maybe that is something you would like to consider for the story. Apart from that, I hope to read some more soon. :-)

I really like your HP fics here, though I notice a tendency towards "Super! Harry", making him learn everything early as I've seen in some other fics.

That being said, I like your approaches, especially the way Remus became a Lichen (spelled right?). I also like the "Runemaster" approach of powering HP up - I especially like the way you're building up original depths of rune magic in this fic, including the "using blood for ink" bit.

I have to confess though, the scene where HP used the array made me immediately think one of a zillion scenes from Fullmetal Alchemist, especially the opening scenes from the first ep "To Challenge the Sun"; it's probably one of my favorite dubbed series of what passes for Anime over here in the good ol' US of A.
