Reviews for Especially There
Fae Luna 5/12/13 . chapter 20
Ooh, I loved this so much. It was really sweet and thoughtful. I especially liked Chapter 19.
vanarian 5/5/13 . chapter 20
I loved your closing paragraph on this one! It was perfect. It's sort of an angsty one, but a happy angsty one, if that makes any sense.
I just started checking out your other fics and they are lovely, but there's not enough Squire's Tales. Once again, I lament the lack of stories for this fandom and commend your efforts. This is me begging you to update again soon, please! Terence being mysterious is luverly :)
oceanlover4evr 5/1/13 . chapter 20
Updates are always great for after-school, when I'm suffering post-school tiredness.

...Well, did not see that coming.. I mean, it makes sense and everything, but I've never thought about it in this way. Just... wow.
phoenixphlight 5/1/13 . chapter 20
I really liked this chapter. I had never considered the implications of Guinglain's birth. I love the line "A Saracen knight, a singer with a title and a sword, and the King of all England, traipsing around the countryside like beggars, telling stories for their supper." It just sums up both this scene and the theme of the Squire's Tales series. Please keep writing.
Eavis 5/1/13 . chapter 20
Oh my stars! I never even thought about that - how close Guinglain really was to the throne...wow. This was really intriguing, and, as always, you captured their characters beautifully.
vanarian 4/24/13 . chapter 19
terence whump? Please? Everyone loves some good whumping.
These are great, there isn't nearly enough writing done for this fandom. Please put up more!
oceanlover4evr 4/13/13 . chapter 19
I love it! Currently rereading the series, and I've forgotten how much I've enjoyed these books.
King Caspian the Seafarer 4/13/13 . chapter 19
The first one caught me a little like a wound (Gaheris and Gawain never fail to make me smile and shake my head). And I liked "Ice," and "Wild," and "Prowl" (because Morgan is just so /interesting/), and "Cut" (and the other one about Gary and Lynet) and the ones about Kai, and "Trap" and "Porcelain." So basically all of them, yeah. I like doing little microfics too, because they don't take forever and they're all a little disjoint which makes them easier to pick up and put down and such. Anyhow, well done!
Eavis 4/12/13 . chapter 19
Oooooh let me see here. I think Voice, Common Knowledge, all the ones with Kai, and Ice were my favourites. Well done, though! These are always harder than one thinks.
Eavis 3/19/13 . chapter 17
Oh. Oh, this was so heart-achingly, sob-wrenchingly beautiful. And that headcanon is lovely - it's the opposite of a pie-crust promise, no? Well done, mellon!
King Caspian the Seafarer 3/5/13 . chapter 17
*sniff* You left a warning and I didn't heed it and even though my heart is all broken into tiny little pieces all over again, it was worth it. That scene in the book between Terence and Robin was likely the most touching part of a novel I have ever read. Well, that and the whole Lynet/Gary part. There is something so bittersweet about Terence seeing that periwinkle in his last moment...like a promise that even amid the desolation evil men can cause, hope is not dead-beauty is not broken forever.

And you reaffirmed that here. I like your headcanon (nice term for that, btw) about the wildflowers being one last plea for Terence to come home, and then of course, Terence doesn't even know about it. I love Robin's decision to stay. To be there until the end. And of course Aelfrig was a nice addition, and Ganscotter was like an elf-Arthur, so sad under the weight of duty and what he knows has to happen. Agh, this whole story is just so darn sad, but so beautiful at the same time! I'm very glad you finished it and posted it. It helps bring closure. And, of course, it's lovely to see this beautiful scene from the book deepened by viewing it from another perspective.

Anyway. None of us can ever have enough Robin. (On a very, very different note, your tumblr link didn't come through).
farfleetingfair 2/21/13 . chapter 15
I'm so so happy! I even waged war on the human-test to review (apparently I'm not human, as I tend to fail it twice before actually succeeding) to I haven't checked this particular corner of the internet in a while, but I'm glad I remembered to. The Squire's Tales are still my favorite books (LOTR running a close second), and I'm so happy there's (good) fanfiction about them. You write a wonderful Arthur. I loved the way he slowly found out about Terence, and not just all at once.
A prompt- hmm. Arthur meets Lorie. I would love that.
On to the next chapter!
Eavis 2/20/13 . chapter 15
Arthur in this chapter reminds me lots of Arthur from /Merlin/ and less of the in control, never flustered Arthur we see in Morris' tales. :D
Guest 2/17/13 . chapter 16
Too cute. I love these stories!
Kitty O 2/17/13 . chapter 16
