Thank you for the update, this story is one of my favourites I look forward to the next update and seeing what Reid decides to do.

I say Reid should definitely take the next step, with perhaps some more deliberation. He's great at deliberating, so I can't imagine him making such a huge decision without thinking it over some more. I love how bro-Rossi is just so well written here.

So definitely worth the wait and now I have a Fool's update too. I'm a happy camper.

Of course Morgan and Rossi would notice that something is up. You can't fool a profiler. :) And because I know you don't mind me pointing out the typos - I noticed a few.

I love the way that your portrayed Reid's nervousness. Of course he's going to be unsure about taking that next step but I do find it ironic that you have him talking to the two guys who are portrayed as big flirts. But then Prentiss isn't much better with serious relationships and JJ is afraid of commitment so i guess they wouldn't have been much better. Wonderful conversation though. Loved Reid's concern for Garcia's feelings and Rossi's remembering Carolyn proposing to Carolyn. Very sweet. My favorite line:
"Reid are you thinking about proposing," Morgan asked. He smiled giddily as he bounced slightly from his spot on the couch. "Are there going to be baby geniuses in the future?"

I absolutely love that Morgan is so excited for Reid.

Yay! It was so nice to see this update waiting in my inbox today. I've missed this story, Reid, and Gwen so much. But, I totally understand everything you mentioned. Life comes first, and I'm glad you've had a good time with your break and everything seems to be going well. :)
Also really glad to read this. From the first mention of Reid in this chapter, I was like, "Is he thinking about what I hope he is thinking about?" And he totally was! It was a nice build off of the 'Does Reid want kids?' conversation from the last chapter. Really sweet interpretation of Reid and his insecurities on taking the next step... I think this is so in character. He'd probably want to get every bit of data from every source he could on the experiment that is Reid and Gwen. And I love that Morgan is so exicted for him and that Rossi is the cautious one, wanting Reid to make sure it's right (definitely in character, considering his own 3 marriages).
Favorite line of this chapter:
"Listen to your heart, Reid. It'll tell you what you need to know."
"The heart is a muscle. It doesn't-" Reid started to correct Rossi

Once again, you've given us an amazing chapter! I so can't wait for more.

I kind of got a little bit giddy (okay, maybe a LOT giddy) at the thought of him proposing to Gwen, so I'm in the "all for it" camp. I understand if you draw his whole "making the decision" thing out a little bit, 'cause I could easily see him analyzing this to death for a while. But I definitely would be happy if a proposal/wedding did happen sooner or later.

Sorry to hear you had some unhappy times lately, but those sound like fantastic ways to take a break and clear your head and cheer yourself up. I'm glad you had a good relaxation period. And fully understood about schoolwork, too-congrats on that aspect of things turning out well and making it into Berkley, that's very cool!

And I'm happy to hear you'll be back to write more. I look forward to more updates on this story, for sure, as well as other things you might work on.

Wonderful story. The latest chapter was amazing.

I've only just reviewed because I couldn't bear to pause my reading! It's sucj a great fic, you should be proud. I adore that you've managed to fit a relationship around Reid's character without changing it dramatically. I've read stories in the past where OOC doesn't even cover it.
Your plot contiues to be interesting and I've been hard pressed to turn my attention away from the fic. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Awww...this was a sweet little chapter between the two of them. Love how you reasoned out why Gwen wasn't present for Hotch's race. Jenny's baby is the perfect excuse. And Spencer was just so thoughtful with taking the couch so he wouldn't wake her but man he went for the bed quick enough after she left! I just love how Spencer has fit into Gwen and the kid's life so easily. It's good for all of them. And of course the new baby is the perfect reason for this lovely couple to bring up the subject of kids. I loved your take on Spencer's though process on the subject.

" "I'm sorry, Spencer, but my lover, my Tempurpedic, is beckoning me," she joked, her eyes drooping slightly." - Such a cute line!
