I'm not a J/R fan, but this was so *sweet*. It would have been a cute GG episode, what with all the little details about all town characters. Gotta love Miss Patty. *winks*

Aw...this was AWESOME! Wow. I love how everyone came and helped out. And I love Luke! I also actually really liked Lorelai and Rory's fight. They hardly ever fight on the show, but this felt very realistic and in-character. Keep up the good work!

Well done. All kinds of great touches(Black Death: European tour 1347-1351). Luke and the "5 minutes" bit was very Luke, and the whole sequence where he goes up to roust the kids and leaves them be was terrific. This is great, all around. You're doing a really good job with the format. Most people don't have a clue how to write in this format, and seem to do it out of sheer laziness, but you're really telling a story--and a moving one at that.

That was really cool, for a number of reasons. I loved the fact that there was a Lorelai/Sookie plot with some immediacy. And for some reason, just the other day I was thinking about Jess in connection to Marlow--so I laughed when I read that. Dude, are you reading my mind?
The little confrontation between L & R at the end was good too, high drama. Great start.

You really write the best stories. What you make the characters say, I know I could hear it on the show. Sincerely, I think you're a wonderfully gifted writer.
