I agree so much. I mean...gosh, people die, doesn't anyone care? It makes me sad. No one ever seems to know about Chinese earthquakes.

I really like how you depict the chaos here. Yao is right about there being no organization in an earthquake. It's really striking and stark, which is especially perfect for a natural disaster. And the last line...that suggests many things. To me I interpret it as the children watching China the country itself.
