Home: Formerly from a small island in the north blue. Now lives in Sunny Village, West Blue

Weapon/Devil Fruit/Special Attacks: Inku Inku no mi(Ink-Ink Fruit). This allows the user to produce ink from his body, also his fingers can become pointed like a pen tip to help him draw his maps and fight. He can shoot a compressed stream of ink from his finger tips to pierce through people at a distance. He also produces ink through the bootom of his feet so he can reach high places and kind of "skate" around when on the ground. One thing he has been known to do is stab someone with his pointed fingers(wear doesn't matter) and pump ink into their blood stream and into their heart causing them to die from a heart attack like experience this also leaves their heart a black color.(This being part of the reason he got his allias the other being that this is done without mercy making it seem like his heart is also black like his victims.)

Attacks: Ink Ink Blast- Fire a blast of ink from his fist when he throws a punch(like chad's attack from bleach). Ink Ink Hose- Fires a blast of inh from his palms. Ink Ink Blast Barrage- like ink ink balst just throwing multi punches. Ink Ink Jet- blasts a stream of ink from the bottom of his feet to reach high places. Ink Ink Skater- produces ink on the bottom of his feet so he can easily glide across the ground. Ink Ink Jet blast- produces a blast of ink from the bottom of his foot when he does a kick. Ink Ink Piercer-a thin line of ink is produced from the tip of his finger after he turns it into a pen tip so it can perce through people or objects. Ink Ink Multi Piercer- same as ink ink piercer but with alll his fingers firing at once. Ink Ink Black Death- he stabs someone with his finger tips after they have been turned into pen tips and pumps ink into their blood system which gets to their heart causing them die from a heart attacke(very dfficult to use he has to have a hold of the person for 2 minutes before they die so people can eaasily shake him off before then plus he doesn't like using it.)

History: Cortez is from a small island in the North Blue that was destroyed 8 years ago by a group of pirates all because, they were bored and wanted something to do. He only survived becuase he was off finishing a map of the south end of the island. When he returned he found his town destroyed and everyone dead. He then was taken away by a group of marines that showed up shortly after and left on his current island of residence. He spent the next 7 years in an orphanage because of what he saw on his home town he was withdrawn from the other orphanes and any potential foster parents he often ran away for hours on in. At 15 he found the devil fruit out in the woods one day while exploring after that the town shunned him. He grew up in the woods with no one to care for him.

Family: He's forgotten the names of his parnets and was never adopted on his new island.

Personality: He is calm, observent, and likes to think things out before acting on anything. Being disliked by the inhabitants of his new island and having saw what people could do he is some what untrusting of people he meets. He seems to have no sense of hummer which isn't the case his sense of hummer is just a bit more different from most poeple because of not being around people for so long what others might find scary or disgusting he might laugh at adding to the fact that he seems like a black hearted person.

Physical Description: He is about 5 ft and 4 inches tall, medium build and a descent muscle mass. He has midnight black hair and blood red eyes plus, an X scar on his face(it came from a piece of hot metal that hit him in the face when he was looking for his parents in their buring home.) He wears a black fedora with a a black t-shirt with a cying skull on it, black pants, black leather boots and a black trench coat with the japanese symbol for "True Happiness" on the back in white.

Strenght: he has medium sized strenght is very flexible and fast.

Weakness: he has a hard time understanding people and making connections with people and doesn't like to fight so he dos everything he can to avoid it.

Likes: Taking naps, drawing, reading, and earning actual friends.

Dislikes: Un-needed violence, his new crew or future friends, and people who have no respect for the dead.

Dream/Goal: he wants to be able to explore the world and experience everything life has to offer.

Other: Do to the fact he has a hard time understnading people he actualy gets into a good amount of fights because he accidently offends people. He also gets into arguments with his crew members cause of this but he is slowly learning.

Snow Weapon: Hikari creates a weapon out of ice. She can make pretty much any weapon she wants. She can make throwing weapons too.

Snow Clone: Hikari makes a clone out of ice. She can make a maximum of 3 clones. These clones can be controlled by her and are able to move. They are broken easily however and she can't make these often.

Snow Sculpture: Hikari makes a clone out of ice. These clones are stationary.

Snow Freeze: Hikari grabs onto a person and covers them in ice (Aokoji completely freezes the person, Hikari puts them in ice.)

Physical Appearance: Long black hair in a ponytail. Brown eyes

Family:Her older brother Daiki

History: Hikari and her older brother Daiki were orphaned when her parents were killed by corrupt marines who stated that, "It was in the name of Justice." when she was 9 and Daiki was 12. They ran from the Marines and stole their ship in order to get away. Upon the ship Daiki found a Devil Fruit which he ate in order to protect Hikari from any danger. When they are attacked by pirates, they take one of the lifeboats and abandoned the ship. They arrived at Orange Town and lived there. When she turned 17 she left to go join the marines. When she was 19 she found a Devil Fruit on one of her missions and ate it. When she was 20 she left the marines and stayed with her brother Daiki.

Personality: She hates being restricted and prefers open spaces where she can be free but she follows orders when needed.

Likes: Reading, music.

Dislikes: Corrupt marines, being confined.

Goals: To take down any corrupt marines she comes across.

One Piece OC Daiki (Pirate)

Devil Fruit: Energy Energy Fruit. It gives him control over kinetic energy, potential energy and thermal energy. Some attacks cannot be used often and he must rest before he can use them again. He moves faster then normal people due to his devil fruit (Not Gear Second fast just faster than average).

Other weapons: An O Wazamono katana named Hakurai and whatever is available at the moment.

Devil Fruit-

Energy Blast: Daiki gathers thermal energy and releases is an explosion around him. This attack can be used as often as he likes.

Energy Spear: Daiki gathers thermal energy in his hand and releases it in the form of the tip of a spear. This attack can be used as often as he wants.

Energy Blade: Daiki surrounds his sword with energy. Any sword attacks used in this form has the word Energy added to the beginning of the attack name. Ex. Energy Hurricane Dance. The effect disappears when he sheathes his sword or 10 minutes pass. This attack can be used 3 times before resting and cannot be used twice in 15 minutes.

Energy Burst: Daiki makes a small ball of thermal energy and throws it. It explodes upon either contact or detonation. This attack can be used as often as he wants.

Speed Step: Daiki gathers kinetic energy and releases it giving him a huge burst of speed for 5 seconds. This attack can be used as often as he likes but he can't use the move twice within 3 minutes.

Time Step: Daiki uses kinetic energy to slow people down around him for 10 seconds while he moves at normal speed. This attack can only be used twice before resting and cannot be used twice in 30 minutes.

Sonic Step: It's basically Daiki's version of Gear Second and it lasts for 10 minutes. Can be used once before resting.

Hyper Step: Daiki uses a massive amount of kinetic energy to make himself extremely fast to the point where it's impossible to see him and he can run on air. This move lasts for 5 minutes and he passes out afterwards.

Sword-

Hurricane Dance: Daiki weaves through fists/swords/bullets/etc. while slashing at anyone nearby.(Kinda like Zoro's Streaming Wolf Swords but Daiki is attacking while dodging.)

Twister Strike: Daiki spins in a circle slashing anyone standing next to him. Useful for deflecting multiple swords or bullets.

Hail Storm: While falling, Daiki slashes downward multiple times while cutting the air sending cutting waves downward and hitting anyone below him.

Cyclone Dash: Daiki quickly runs past the enemy and slashes anyone in front of him while appearing on the other side.

Physical Appearance: Shaggy black hair and brown eyes.

Family: His sister Hikari.

Appearance: He's 5'10", has grey eyes with dark marks underneath, white hair and pale skin. He wears a thick red coat and a black scarf, along with black pants and shoes. He carries a katana with a red handle and black sheath on his belt. The katana is mostly unremarkable except for it's red flower guard, with black trim. I'm working on a picture, and I'll put it up later on Dev art.

Devil Fruit: None, and he would like to keep it that way.

Allegiance: Pirate, but no crew. (yet...)

Home Village/Ocean: Clockwork Village, East Blue

History: Faust was born in an orphanage in a small town in the east blue. He was named like his father, who had died along with his mother mysteriously earlier that day. Without parental guidance, young Faust took to wandering the streets, and making his way back to the orphanage. One day, when he was five, he found a katana in an alley. Strangely, the blade was in perfect condition. He decided to take it with him, feeling a strange pull towards it. When he tried to make friends, they dismissed him saying, " A boy with a sword is bad news." He tried to dispose the sword multiple times, but it would always return to it's place by his bed every morning. He thought the blade was a curse, keeping him from having friends. When pirates came to his little island, he was told by the matron to hide in the basement while she went to find the other children. She never returned. So Faust stayed in the basement for three days, unable to sleep because of the screams of the townsfolk, something that haunts him to this day. When the screams finally stopped, he emerged to find the burnt ruins of the town and a smoldering pile of it's people. Sitting at the foot of the pile was his sword, as if waiting for him. He then took up his sword and swore that he would use his "curse" to protect the innocent, even if it would cost him his life, and that he would never run in fear again. He set off in a small boat to find a place where he could get strong and protect. He found a small dojo with a town nearby, where he trains and waits for the day he can protect the innocent like he promised.

Personality: Rather quiet and more than a bit lazy. He always appears to be sleepy, often yawning or falling asleep at inappropriate moments. He doesn't really take things seriously, but nothing seems to phase him. He'll often state something that others perceive as incredible or terrifying with a straight face. In addition, he's incredibly patient and rarely complains about anything. Also, he has a terrible sense of direction, getting lost quite easily. Unfortunately, he's an insomniac, being unable to sleep for more than an hour without being woken up by a nightmare.

weakness: Believes in the good of humanity, so he can be merciful.

strength: Incredible balance and grace, along with his incredible sword skills.

Weapons/Items: His nameless katana that even when lost at the bottom of the ocean, always finds it's way back to him

Crimson Flare: Runs up a wall or obstacle before jumping off in a high arc.

Hornet Stinger: Often a follow-up to Crimson Flare, he dives down at a foe, thrusting his sword multiple times.

Blade Zen: At his absolute limit, he enters a half asleep state where he can dodge or parry most attacks. Unfortunately, he can never remember what he did in that state, so he can't utilize the special techniques it brings outside of combat.

Dream Walk: In Blade Zen, he can run across most obstacles, including sheer cliffs and even water at high speed.

Nightmare Shredder: His ultimate attack. While in Blade Zen, he utilizes the reaction boost it gives him to strike at an opponents vital points multiple time at a rapid pace.

OTHER: Although he is quite handsome, he is completely clueless when it comes to feelings of others, mostly women. He is also very trusting, believing in the goodness of humanity. However, harm the innocent and he's a bloody hurricane, delivering justice to wrongdoers. However, despite these qualities, he's a terrible marine. He can't follow orders, he can't find his own bunk, and he has a severe lack of respect for authority (He treats them like normal people! The nerve!).
