Hey? Why are you so hard on yourself? Your fanfics are great. Luc is one of my favorite characters, and you've brought some light into the depths of his character. This one was really good.

The whole storm bit is just...nifty. I liked that part especially.

One thing that confused me is how the focus of the story changed so abruptly from Luc thinking about Nanami to Luc's friendship with the other person. (Who I think is Jeane, but knowing my 'amazing' powers of deduction, I'm probably completely wrong.) The ending, also, doesn't really seem to bring much to a close-if the story was completely about Luc being lonely and realizing he had a friend in the person, then it would work just fine, but the Nanami-ness in the beginning makes it a little awkward. Though I do like the whole friendship bit. (I use those themes a lot in my own writing, so I always give a little cheer when I see them in other stories. _;)

You have a really bad habit of coming off as... well... rather pompous, in your notes. A truly good fanfic isn't the smart aleck comments in the margins, but the true content inside. You write well, and you have some pretty good ideas, but you need to cut down on your attitude a bit.
