I love the AU Wasteland, it was great:) Descriptions were wonderful, I could see everything happening in my mind's eye. Plus, really cool take on the characters. But... sniff sniff, are you ever coming back?

I actually have this paranoia that the world is going to end up like how you've described it in this chapter - and I'm obviously going to be one of the first people to die because I have zero survival skills.

Anywho, sorry that was a bit of a tangent; as usual, this is a fantastic chapter! I mean really, I can imagine you writing sci-fi novels and selling them worldwide (I'll be your number 1 crazy fangirl).

And I love this whole concept of Psychics being given levels and such, it really paints the picture of an alternate universe that could actually exist (if only psychic powers weren't treated as tricks and could be harnessed).

i think i'm in love! lol, i read your first chapter quiet a long time ago, and if the story was here or not, i was stupid not to read on. Ah, such long but perfect chapters, i normally hate long ones, but this is just perfect. Go mai, be the best aployaspe teacher you can be!

IMHO, AU diversify the fanfiction universe so it is all good, especially as you retain the characters' personality and the supernatural element. I love your version of Mai in this story.

I knew I recognised the punching scene! When she mentioned punching a nursemaid I thought, "Hmmm... I swear I read a fanfiction where that happened..." and I only realised it was The Dawn Daydreamer when I was reading the AN. But back to this story. Nawww, it was kinda cute in a way. I liked the line 'From any other man, this response would be disturbingly awkward, but coming from Naru, it was hopelessly endearing.'very much.

Now I have to go and re-read The Dawn Daydreamer because for the life of me, I can't remember why she's living above SPR.

Anyway, please update soon! Like, really soon, I can't wait for another update!

It was funny how I started reading this, went back a chapter, came back to this one, went to your profile and then went "The Dawn Daydreamer", I knew this connected to something else! I really like how you outlined Mai's thoughts and fears here. I also like the thought of hearing Naru's side of the story. For me, I'd like to read that next. However, Mai being sick and the Ebisu case are both intriguing for me, so I'll put in a vote for those as well.
