This is very fun. It's a bit hard to visualize Nine as an upper-class Victorian gentleman, but obviously he's not the *most* refined of the type :-) I do hope you'll continue and that Abigail will not come to an untimely end.

I expected this story to be a sort of Nine/Rose Victorian version of Human Nature/ Family of Blood episodes, and while there are some similar components, it is still unique enough to be a refreshing, fun read.
